I'm basing this on top eight regular season records, not how I think they'll finish in the Playoffs:

1. Kings
2. Spurs
3. Lakers
4. Mavericks
5. Suns
6. Jazz
7. Timberwolves
8. Trail Blazers

Sorry Clippers and Sonics fans, but the West is just too loaded. The Suns are my surprise pick, if you look up and down their roster, they have the players to make it work if they stay healthy. I think the Timberwolves took a major step back in the offseason.

    Blazers could be pretty good this regular season if they can play together and if Rasheed can keep it under control, but I am in no way saying they WILL be good image And of course, we all know what happens in the postseason image

    I just don't think that the Suns are tough enough on the defensive end, and for them to finish 5th in the West, Amare Stoudamire would have to be a 15-10 player, and Big Jake would also have to deliver similar numbers

    Regular season??

    Regular season doesn't mean a thing since the top 8 teams in each division make the playoffs.
    Looking for former University of Arizona NBA RC's in PSA or BGS 9's/GEM MINT grades. Die hard University of Arizona and Bay Area Sports fan.

    Of course, I think the Lakers will turn it on like they have the last 3 playoffs and take it all (and will continue to do so as long as Shaq and Kobe are still there image )
