PLEASE help me! eBay seller ripped me and i need to know how i can stop a money order!

I bought a card from an eBay person for 140 dollars and he claims not to have received my payment yet and i want to stop teh money order. It was a money order from teh post office. How do i do this?

p.s.- I still ahve the M/O receipt.

I dont know that you can stop payment on a MO like you can a check,But you can use the serial numbers on the money order to check and see when and if it was cashed.If it was indeed cashed by the seller then you can file a claim with squaretrade and he will have to A. Deliver you your item. B. Give you a full refund. Or C. if both of those options fail eBay insurance covers any item that sells for over $25 I believe.You would have to pay the $25 deductable but at least you'd get $115 of your money back from eBay.
The first place to start is the PO have them trace the money order.
