The person that received the item makes the claim. Usually, you would send off money for your item. The seller gets the money and sends you the product, and if it's damaged you need to call UPS and have someone come out and pick up and file a claim.
I'm pretty sure it works like this.If an item is sent and not delivered to it's intended recipient it's the senders responsibility to file a claim. If it's something that is shipped and received by the recipienthaving been damaged in delivery it is their responsibility of the person who recieves not sent the item to make the claim.
thanks all, but what happens if im the shipper its a ball with a case and the case breaks who calls to file the claim cuz this happened and the guy is telling me to file the claim but it doesnt make sense to me lmk thanks
