Website people, need help on my frames...

Hey... I figured alot of it out now, putting music on there, doing slide menu's, etc...
But now I got stuck with the frames...
How do I put text in a frame... for example, look at what I got going so far-
(My pic works in the top frame... but need to get my text in the other frame)
(And if you dont know what this looks like or does, try copy-paste this to your notepad and save it *.html or somethin and view it in your web browser)

bigshane- yeah, I know... I'm just getting my basics to work right now, and when its finished I will have to upload all my stuff on to the server
