Question of getting coins graded, gold shield, and reholder

I have six PCGS graded coins that I want to get the Gold Shield TrueView™ image. They currently do not have that. I also have 16 world coins that I want to get graded with the Gold Shield option. These are all from Isle of Man (2001, 2002, 2004 and 2005) which would be the modern value with each being $22.

The six that I already have graded, do I have to select the REHOLDER at $25 per coin? Would it be cheaper and easier to just break the graded coins out of the current slab and submit as raw with gold shield for $22 per coin? This way it'll only be one submission form too.

Please help me understand how to grade these coins. I have 16 raw modern value coins that I want to grade with modern value with gold shield. I have 6 already encapsulated by PCGS coins that I want to get TrueView™ imaged.
