Hello, if anyone has any information on the Value of a $2 Bill Bank of Dover 1860 I would appreciate you sending me documentation as to its value.
I have attached images. It is graded a choice fine 15 by PCGS. I really appreciate any help. Thanks.

Not the same note but some from the same bank have sold in lots...this one $169 early 2025

Thank you. But I believe this one is very rare. I found it on PCGS but there were no sales and from what I read the bank made a bunch notes in 1866 and 1867 but no mention of 1860.
If you were a greysheet member, you could go here:

The PMG population report shows another graded example of this note. Even if it is not common, I have a hard time seeing it being worth more than 200-400 in the best case, but more likely lower than that. Rarity is good, but many obsolete notes have extremely low demand, which drives the values way down.
This note from the same bank and time period sold for $175.

This note from the same bank and time period is a more desirable higher denomination, is believed to be unique, is of a much higher grade and eye appeal, and still only sold for $1500 last year.

Good luck in your search.
While it does not give values, the state library in NJ has this reference book online as well:

Looks like yours is number 123.
Thank you for the information. There was this website that gave obsolete currency by state. I wish I had saved it to my favorites. It was great if anyone knows the website please provide. I have contacted Stacks Bowers about consigning this note.
I would sell it for $150
Thanks. But I rather keep it and pass it down to my grandchildren.
