Is this 1943 steel penny worth submitting for grading? Weight is 2.69. A little hazing.

No, it would cost $55-60.00 to have graded and even though a nice coin, it is not be worth the cost of grading.
There were nearly 685 million struck at the Philadelphia mint alone so they are not scarce even uncirculated.
