OK do you mean Carlos instead on Ferdinand since I do not see any letters under Carlos?

Can someone explain to me what is the difference since I saw HA auctioned off a few normal Carolus 1760 and Ferdinand examples in the past?

Just checked the Heritage coin - I don't see the undertype, as well. I'm guessing it's misattributed by NGC.

That is also what I figured maybe HA should be reached out to before someone waste good money on this.

I just sent a message to HA hopefully no one waste their money on this coin thinking it is that rarer variety.

HA got back to me today this is what they had to say:

''Thank you for pointing on this holdering error. We are in contact with the consignor to resolve.''

HA has withdrew the lot after reviewing the coin. At least someone newer like myself will not end up with a coin that NGC mislabeled incorrectly. Best to protect others in our collecting community.
