Fairly certain this $2,800 Indian that showed up in my search for PCGS graded $10s is counterfeit.

What sayeth the membership? Obviously not graded by our hosts, even though the seller tagged it as such so it would show up in a search. At least it comes with a small gift box, and is guaranteed to test as 24k, which should be a clue there. Not to mention the attempt at reeding the edge on a coin that is suppose to display an edge of stars instead of a reeded edge.

Looks like it has been listed for some time now. At least since November 2020.
Indian Head $10 Gold Date Set Album
Fake. I think the seller knows stating it as 24k gold as 90% gold is 21.7k.

Very poor fake.
You know...whenever I list something on Craig's List (like a camera) I will get a bunch of emails that say "I am interested in your item." Not "I am interested in your camera" or "Tell me xy & z about your camera." Or, here, where he doesn't say "Coin is real gold"
Bad to the bone.
wow totally fake.
just wanted an excuse to post this puppy!
thought it may have been authentic but puttied at first but that date even at an angle is highly distressing.
