New Coneca procedures since Dr. Wiles no longer attributing

I have a 1948 S possibly over D that I would like to send for attribution. Have been a Coneca member for years but cannot seem to get a photo placed on the post for Examination. Anyone know how to post photos from my pc on their examination forum?
I used to send an email with photo to Dr. Wiles and he would say, "I've just saved you shipping charges both ways so just send me $10". 
Really, if someone could explain to me how to post a photo on their forum, I would appreciate it. The photo upload does not seem to work for me.

I wish I could help but I haven't submitted anything to CONECA in around 20 years.
You have to register for the forum, then wait to be approved. Not sure how long that takes. I'll have to try again. Once you're approved, you should be able to post coins there.
