What is this little dot under the scope it looks like circle inside of a dot???
It is probably either a plating bubble, a small die chip or just plain circulation damage. If you have wonder about it it isn't important.
It's a plating blister. You can see a few others on your coin as well. The line on the close up may indicate that the plating is breached and that the zinc is beginning to corrode.
I would say plating blister also.
I agree that it is a plating blister....poke it.... Though your magnified picture looks as if it has already opened. Cheers, RickO
nothing important some pennies I have seen tend to have the same issue the plating doesn't stick in areas and you get these bubbles
