Is which possible? That a cleaned coin could make its way into a GSA holder, that PCGS could make a mistake, or that three "professionals" could disagree with PCGS?

I guess it depends on whether or not you assume pcgs is right every time, or forget they too are human.
My “au55” 1918 Buffalo nickel now in an ms holder knows.
Almost anything is "possible". (Probability > 0) It's not a very interesting question.
A more interesting question is: "Is it likely". (Probability > .5)
My estimates:
Probability the coin is undergraded: 5%
Probability the owner really thinks it is undergraded: 50%
Probability the owner thinks this claim will get him a higher price: 95%
Probability the coin will actually sell for $750: 1%

Hmmm.
Looks fine.. (no comment on the price)

Nothing is impossible!
I find it unusual that PCGS affixed their label to that holder. Peace Roy

I think the price is improbable, but not impossible. That does not look like a GSA holder, at least not like the one's I own. Cheers, RickO
It looks like someone took a PCGS slab label and glued it to the front of a GSA holder.
