Thanks. 16D is a 3-1/2 legger, 1930 is a 5-legger.
Proud recipient of the coveted "You Suck Award" (9/3/10).
Never even knew about 3 1/2 legs or 5 legged for a 1916 and 1930? Did PCGS title the slab with these varieties? Anyhow, very nice cherry picks! You are a

1916-D 3 1/2 legged XF40-45 1930 5 legged MS62 would be my guess but then again it just an opinion. Nice to see that some are still out there to be found.
Looks like Erwindoc and Ricko were closest. 16D graded as XF-40 and the 5-legger is an AU-58. Both were picks of ebay since the summer. Here's link to grades.

Im in the 40-45 range on the top; Id guess AU58/62 on the bottom one.
Agreed. Believe it or not, the 16-D might even be a 53. It's all based on the amount of wear between the rump and the tail tip.
Pete
My guess is xf45 on the 16 and au55 on the 1930.
Paper money eventually returns to its intrinsic value. Zero. Voltaire. Ebay coinbowlllc
'16-D AU50; 1930-MS63. Nice weak leg on the '16-D. It reminds me of the one I used to have.
Some extreme guesses.... how about 20 & 50
55 and 58
Nice picks!
XF40 and AU55.... Cheers, RickO
