1895 o Morgan conservation

This Morgan has, what appears, to be carbon spotting, I believe. Would that be something that professional conservation could reverse? For me this would be the only reason I would have the coin cracked out because I love the older slabs. Any input is most appreciated!

I would keep as is. The way it is now I would buy it but in a newer holder maybe not. But I like the older holders so I am biased. What gen is that one? 2.1? If it is I am going to go out on a limb and say it’s worth more now.
Do not mess with it. If those black spots (dirt most likely) are removed what would the underneath appear like? Bright and shiny? That would be just as bad. I much prefer the not messed with look.

@ Gluggo..
I believe it's a gen1 holder? I love the holder for sure.
Sell the coin. The old holder may raise the price. The coin is unattractive as is and it is environmentally damaged.
That is not a coin I would send for conservation....removal of those spots would expose fresh silver....Cheers, RickO
That's a Fubar coin! Anything you do to it will make it worse! I suspect it has turned in the holder from an improper dip.
No way to improve that coin, unless you have a time machine.
Conserving that coin will likely make it worse than what it already is, leave it alone.
