I am not seeing any silver color in the photos. I would expect you to see some lighter color in the recent dings were the old surface was knocked off exposing the untarnished inside. If there is a silver color present it might be a color transfer from whatever was used to make the damage.

I don't see any silver, but any case it is just damaged.

Don't waste your time and eyesight with damaged Lincoln cents.
Definitely damaged... any perceived 'silver' is a contaminant due to damage...Cheers, RickO
