1921 Chapman Proof? May it be so??

From what I can gather there isn’t a Vam for the Chapman proof. But there is a couple die lines that they do recognize. This coin seems to have both. A diagonal line above the first T in STATES and a die line above the right star. In between it and the wreath. It seems this coin has a fin rim “wire edge”. Very mirrored fields along with squared dentils. The hair above the ear shows nearly full detail. Could it be?? Hello Mr. Chapman of that is you!
