Bicentennial Quarter Super Cud? Never saw one like this....

Would this be considered a cud? Sorry only picture client sent me....any real value if so?

    Spooned edge then folded around the perimeter and then flattened on the obverse face (and probably the reverse, too.) Damage was done AFTER the Mint completed it’s making of the quarter.

    Agree, it has some type of solder/braze or similar material around the edges. Not an error
