The real question is does anyone who collects Indian coins care? I doubt it has much, if any, collector value.

The problem is that evidently quality control is poor at their mint . Please see how many Indian errors are on eBay right now. Your coin looks to have been struck with the collar askew, or slipped.

And it is not good to hold coins that way - only hold them by the edges....

I bought a couple huge cuds (die breaks) on Indian coins for about 7 or 8 dollars each. Your coins have a little value but probably not too much.
