@mamanewbie....Welcome aboard.... Your cent appears to have a plating bubble - common on zinc/copper plated cents....You can check it by touching it with the point of a needle...it could 'deflate' or collapse the plating though...No numismatic premium for that coin. Cheers, RickO

Looks like a die break.
Grading, shipping, and insurance will cost about $50 for a coin.
The cent is not worth that.
Could be a blister of the cladding as well. Agree with Hemi, no value.

As Hemi said, grading a single coin starts at about $50, but I think there is an additional fee for errors.
So, your real question is, what is the coin worth? I don't see it worth anywhere near the fees.
But still a neat look to it, so no shame in keeping it.
