Got a couple rolls of 1968 s bu lincolns today. The first coin has some wacky stuff going on with it. Two decent strike throughs on the upper left. There is something kinda protruding on the right side as well but I'm not sure if it is a clash or if it has something to do with the strike through. And the picture with just the mm is a separate coin same year and mm but out of the thousands of lincolns I've thumbed through for this date imo this has got to be on of the clearest S mm for this date. Opinions on both would he super, as always your time is appreciated.

Looks like a possible struck-through string.
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
... or a tiny bit of wire ...
I'm confused. Why is this a zincoln?
I don't know if it was mistyped in the OP, but a zincoln is what some call a post-82 Lincoln, in case anyone doesn't know.
Edited for typo and clarification
“Possible struck through pre-zincoln.”
There, fixed it for you @dagingerbeasttt!
My response.
Cool!
I paid no attention when I put zincoln
lol
Because i am a ding dong
Looks like a struck through thread or string.
Don't feel so bad, I didn't pay attention to that either.
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
Very interesting coin. That is one strange reverse. Looks like the Mint went overboard trying to grind away a clash.
And yes, that looks like a strike through.

I agree.
The struck thru is neat but I am more intrigued by the mess to the right of the memorial.
I took some better/closer pics.

Now things are getting interesting. Last pic makes me think struck thru miniature Theodore Roosevelt
Interesting struck through....Cannot be sure if it was string or wire... Have no idea what is going on with the other side of the memorial...Cheers, RickO
I haven't the faintest clue to be honest
Definitely some odd things going on . But I haven't any clue to what it could be
