What happened to the reverse of that coin?

I know nothing about that issue but its surface and striking appearance makes me wonder if it is real. Since it is an expensive coin I would want it to be certified by a major TPG.

It's minted in Mantua you should google it if you does not know what happend to the reverse :D hah "Governo Militare" every strike looks awful cus it was not minted in proper condition. If you had this one better then EF you would be rich ... but its really hard to tell when this coin is actualy good condition or not when every1 is bad looking. Thats why i wanted to know some opinion from someone who deal coins or so and actualy had some experience with that coin on market or so.
