Good question but you'll need to think it out a little for yourself because the correct answer to the poll is both YES and NO. You see it depends on the coin and what the individual collector wishes. Would you believe we get 2018 Lincoln cents to slab that are in little better condition than normal pocket change?
Variables affect the answer. Now I can't pick one. No trick questions allowed.
