Anyone have any contacts or tips for finding stuff in Japan that may or may not exist?

Im curious if there were any Japanese sets/cards made for the MLB Allstars games that recently took place over there?

Anything other than the Topps Now cards. BBM cards perhaps? Does Menko even make cards anymore?

Any sets distributed at the games themselves? Or any oddball promotion type cards that would feature the MLB squad.

Any help or points in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
