E-Bay User Strange Scenario

Anyone dealt with E-Bay user ID now4377? I have them blocked and they wanted to buy an item. 2 days laters a new user with zero feedback buys the item, then files a dispute with PayPal that I have not refunded them. Of course I have delivery proof and he has no tracking that he ever returned the item. I'm guessing its the same guy.

The ID that bought the item is sjns0893-vpyykmp6ap, and he signed up 1 day after he sent me a message thru E-Bay asking why his old ID was blocked.

Any PM with the guys name would be appreciated.

I checked my blocked buyer file and have neither. I feel your pain - I always wonder how much someone can mess with me if I block them and they go "postal" (at least, virtually)

That looks like obvious retaliation for blocking them... I would open a case with ebay....Cheers, RickO
