It's dark side though!!!
This one is actually a little nicer than I expected.
I like when that happens.

Beautiful! Look at the pillars and the mason's perspective ..... you can see yourself walking up the altar

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
Beautiful! I love those chocolate cathedral medals.
How thick is it? About 1/4"?

I really like this piece. @Flatwoods what is the history of it?
Yes. 1/4" is pretty close.
Here is a little history on the Wiener family. Very prominent medalists.

I love the architecture. There are quite a few websites dedicated to information on the European cathedrals.
I highly recommend perusing them.
I enjoy spending time learning facts and looking at the pictures. They are remarkable structures.
@Flatwoods Thank you for posting all of that information. I appreciate it.
...whoa!!
You must have a buncha Weiners now.
You have no idea.
wow, i like
Beautiful. I always liked that piece though I don't own one.
Incredible detail on the engraving...wow!!!
I've seen those posted a few times on here....
And every time I think to myself, "If there's one coin/medal design that demonstrates the extent of what is possible in artistic engraving....this might be the one."
Spectacular!
Really great! I always love the Wiener architectural types.

I would like to have an example for my collection. In your opinion, which is the best one to choose?
That is a tough question. There are some that I like better than others but you may appreciate something different than me.
Another consideration is availability. Some rarely show up, especially nice.
There is a big price difference between the common and scarce pieces.
