    These are cool pieces and yours is a very nice example, but unfortunately the quality of ICG grading is about the same as that of the printing on their labels.

    Highly enthusiastic about world coins, contemporary circulating counterfeits and unusual stuff <3

    I do not know myself, but since it was an official revaluation, I am willing to bet that uncounterstamped cons are a rarity.

    They are equally common with and without the counterstamp. One of the things I like about these coins is you can have a very nice set of contrasting types, 25 centavos revalued to 50 and 50 revalued to 1 colon + original versions, for fairly cheap :)
