Hey all, going through a album I picked up the other day. Checking known years for varieties amd such. Is this a typical look on the mint mark? Almost looks like something is there. Die gouge maybe? Thanks ahead of time.

    Pictures are a tad fuzzy.... could be an RPM or die chips... cannot determine which... Cheers, RickO
