Any way of telling when an ICCS coin was graded?

You'd have to inquire with the owners directly. Personally I treat all of their coins as raw. Way too many oversights that should not have happened, like authenticating a 1914 5c with bust of Edward VII :o

Edit: It was a 10c not 5, my bad.

Highly enthusiastic about world coins, contemporary circulating counterfeits and unusual stuff <3

    It's a US Peace Dollar.

Someone (maybe Gene?) will come on and let you know how the early ones are marked. I know that I've heard before, but I don't remember ... 2 letters maybe? It's been discussed before on a few sites.

I was wondering if one could tell by the letters.

The only clue is that they switched from two letters and three numerals to three letters and three numerals about five or six years ago. Beyond that, you cannot tell when they were graded, nor will ICCS tell you.

Does ICCS have a website yet?

No website ... just a phone, but they won't tell you when something was graded anyway
