NEVERMIND - PCGS confirms they won't take the 50th clads outside the OGP.




I figured this out too late to help myself.

Here is how to get the coins out.

Cut the plastic tape holding the folder shut.

The capsule lid is not sealed shut - it's a modified air-tite type holder with a gasket on the base helping hold it to the insert. The lid is on top just pressed shut. Gently pry the lid off. The coin may stay in the lid. Tap the lid to get the coin to drop out onto a soft surface.



There's $10 for each OGP that only had the plastic tape cut, and
1) folders not otherwise damaged
2) capsules not removed
3) capsules not scratched up on lid or cracked from extraction techniques

A couple of nicks around the sides to get the pry tool in is ok.


$10 for each and I always paypal fees over the amount. So, you'll always get the $10 each.
