You might catch more interest by posting a short description first, some photographs if possible, then saying "I made a video of some of the pieces, you can find it here: www.xxx.zzz
Hyperlinking the URL is as easy as clicking on the "http" or "https" icons on the bar at the top of the message screen, then pasting or typing the link, so board members don't have to cut and paste the link themselves.
