Was waiting for a nice lifetime emission specimen for the set.

MACEDONIAN KINGDOM. Alexander III, the Great. 336¨C323 BC. AR Tetradrachm, 26mm, 17.27gr., lifetime issue minted at "Amphipolis", Macedonia , ca. 323-320 BC. Obv. Head of young Herakles right in lion skin headdress. Rev: Zeus enthroned left, holding eagle and scepter, Athena Promachos right in left field. Price 109. Superb coin for the type. NGC MS*5/5, 5/5.

Nice. Pardon the question, but what does "lifetime" mean in this context? Does it mean that the coin was minted during the life of Alexander the Great, or is there some other meaning I'm missing? And, if my guess is correct, why is that special?
