Holy cow! That's the most gorgeous St. George that I've ever seen. There's a ton of detail ... on the sword, helmet, horse's legs ... I understand pokerman's comment but I'm thinking at least 66. But the colors are gorgeous and in all the right places. Even if it's a 64, you could get 66 money for it IMHO. 65 at least.
Toning there is interesting, sometimes a matter of personal choice. I think I might like it in balance, but sure can hide a lot of lustre issues and even marks when looking at a simple photo. I'll go 64 on that, maybe 65 in hand as Vick looks to have a few minor issues.
George is superbly struck and well preserved. In later years his chest looks flail, this finely detailed.

64? That's really a guess since the lighting to bring out color is rather poor for seeing marks/judging grades.

In hand I honestly thought it was a proof as the fields are watery and prooflike.
The toning is outstanding, but not over powering.
