Plain brown cardboard box with a few match heads in with it, a nice high sulfur environment. Sitting on a radiator would be good as long as it doesn't get too hot.
The old small Anacs slabs were the best. No need for any additional special storage, just patience. The most amazing results were of course on recently dipped silver coins encapsulated in these slabs. They were soon developing some wild colors. I've had quite a few, to the extent that I should be able to recognize the irregular but pretty toning pattern of a dipped coin that resided a couple of years at least in such a slab.
