Help identifying a coin, is it fake?

  I'm pretty sure it is supposed to be a Judean coin of Pontius Pilate but..... the raised areas are incused (like this would be a die for a Pontius Pilate coin). Highly unusual for even a fake to be done this way, but it's clearly not the genuine deal. Now as to whether it's old or modern, I don't think I could say for sure.
