  • Nice selection of Varieties Dan.

Never thought you would get rid of the 70-D MS67 DDR FS-801 POP 1.

    Keep up the good eye.

Bill I believe in a comment that's been said many times on this board.
"We never truly own a coin, we are simply their care takers for a short while."
That coin found a number 1 set to reside in, at least for awhile. I think it deserves it's high ranking there, rather than sitting in my safe.
I still own some nice Roosies, silver and clad. I also have many coins from hundreds of mint sets that I only checked for dimes when building my set years back.
I'll be going back through those, also bank boxes of Roosevelt rolls that never were opened after selling my set. Then again I may put the rolls on ebay.

    Thanks Dan,

4 of those varieties now reside in the "Almighty Dimes" collection along with several clads from
    your original clad set.

  • Hey Dan,
I agree 100% with your statement. I guess we all pass on our gems sooner or later. I still have a few in my safe as well.
Glad to see they made it into Nick's amazing set of dimes.
Have fun going through your stash pile of coins. I believe there are a lot of gems to still be found
    out there.
