Found in change...anything special?

Looks to be a D over S, but im crap at telling the difference between mechanical double die and actual double die.

Any thoughts, input?

There's something going by the tail on the 9 as well.

My guess would be it's a result of corrosion of the zinc core after the copper outer shell was damaged. But I could be wrong.

There was contact on the base of the D which sheared the copper south...

It's post mint damage and not a over date.

PMD, nothing more. No S coins minted for business strike after 1974, just proofs. So, a D/S would be a huge mint mixup.
Even the 1980 D/S Lincoln cent, once thought to be a genuine over mint mark, has been debunked as die damage resembling an "S."

Edited to add: Seeing as its nothing special, ill take a toothpick and see if i can clean out whatever is going on there. If worthwhile ill post a pic up.
