1794 Liberty Cap Bust Cent: opinions grade/variety please

I took alittle bit of a gamble and purchased this large cent. I know how I'm grading it, but would like some feedback from the forum members.

Also, I'm not up to speed on the varieties for this series, but would like to confirm or deny if this is a S-21?

I didn't take these photos, so this is all that is available until the coin arrives and I can post some from my camera. Also, it appears to have a clipped planchet. Hoping this is the case and not PMD.

Thanks in advanced for your input.

It seems to be an S-21, certainly for the rev., but
due to the poor images, only a guess that it is
obv. 4. The spacing of LIBERTY , the 8 locks, the
17 closer than 794 all seem to fit.

It is a Sheldon-21, the Flat Pole variety. VF/XF details but badly corroded.

My grade would be Very Fine 30 details, net Fine 12, corrosion. From the images it appears that the problem at
4:00 on the obverse is damage, not a clip. All in all, not a bad looking 1794 cent.

Very nice coin! Surfaces are a bit granular but there are no distracting gouges or hits which are otherwise common on these old copper pieces. Uniform color is very nice, too.

As a copper guy, I'll bet this one looks 1000x better in hand that in these x-large pictures. (And that's not a knock on your photography skills.) I've own many coins just like at S-21 where I like how it looks as I hold it, but in large photographs it's easy to focus on and nitpick the defects. I'm not sure what you paid, but I think it's a sold example of the variety.
