    so fascinating there bob...that 1st struck 1870 CC dollar...simply amazing

    ok so not much truly to post to compliment NEVADA'S BDAY or carson city branch mint

    so here...a lowly lil 1964 lincoln...strange most might think
    see on a tour of the carson city mint...it was explained to me...
    some 1964 lincolns were "officially" the last coins minted on a carson city coin press due to need...so many have last struck coins on "a carson city press"
    and don't know it...enjoy

    "24" on shield. Missouri = 24th state. Admitted to the Union in 1821 (100th anniversary 1921).
    So I don't see any direct relation to Nevada either.
