Resides in PCGS Plastic.

EDIT: Here's some new pics. Sorry the first ones were overexposed, I didn't check my settings and the ISO was cranked up.

I'll guess MS-63, but it's kind of hard to tell based on the overly bright photos.

MS65 wouldn't surprise me, but those streaks are kind of gross. image

Little hard to grade...too bright but looks 66 or 66+ Can't really see the marks on the upper cheek

Not to further beat a horse that has already been beaten to death, but the pictures are too poor to judge a condition as is evidenced in the above responses (e.g. MS63 to MS66+). I would guess MS64 based on what I see. Again, post better, more correct images, and assessments may be revised.

I'll wager 65, yeah the image is a bit over exposed, good enough to determine it's near gem or better. Is it chalky white versus satiny?

That's because the pictures are overexposed to a point that marks are difficult to discern.

    64 is my best guess.

It's an MS 65 coin IMO.

put me in the 63 crowd
my guess is it's like a 62 obv but the reverse should bump it a point...64/65 reverse

is that a reeded hit on her hat in back there?
i know that hit on chin hurts...amazing cheek though...usually those cheeks suffer

by the way...not my series of choice

FTB, The image on my monitor still looks lifeless, like its been dipped/cleaned too much. I see zero luster. I'm going to guess genuine based on the image.
  • lasvegasteddylasvegasteddy Posts: 10,408 ✭✭✭
i can clearly see the mint frostiness
i bet she even has a nice cartwheel too

shouldn't be an over-dipped one as it has some dirty spots that i think would clean up on a quick dip n rinse

I'm going to guess that PCGS has this one graded at 64, which is why you bought it.

In my opinion, it's a 65. I think the toning, and the scattered marks will hold it back from a 66.

    I'll go with 64.
Very clean cheek, but the gash on the cap and overall eye appeal may keep it from a 65, but I don't really know this series well.

FTB, if you can get that gunk off of the obverse without subduing the luster, I think it'd 65 today.image

Wow, it looks much nicer without that ugly toning.

There are a few more marks then I had initially thought, (mainly around the ear) but with how clean the fields are, I think the coin still has a good shot at a 65.

I think worst case scenario, it will come back a 64+
