Alfred J Ostheimer III (on a climbing trip in the Canadian Rockies, 1927)
Actually he was really just a collector. Not a great numismatist, even though he once published an article in the Numismatist,
as he once bought a fake 1804 and fake 1805 dollar.

He was just a collector. From his bio in the Superior catalogue, he started when he was 11 years old. His collection was actually pretty balanced but when you own 2 professional sports teams those big ticket items will find their way to you.
