Does any one know have the contact info for a coin dealer called "Fortuna Coins" I lost the guys business card but need to get a hold of him.

Tried that. He is a coin dealer i met at a show in chicago...Any one who know this dealer it would be a big help to find his contact info

We presently have a Ft. Lauderdale Coin Dealer - Gary Koenig - Fortuna
Coins that appears to be missing. Reports are that his store is closed
and emptied, and the list of other dealers who had given him Coins and
Currency on consignment is growing at an alarming rate. He was at the
just past Baltimore Show and left on Saturday to set up at the Lake
Worth Sunday Show, but never showed up for the Lake Worth Show. I am
setting up a file concerning this matter. If you have information
about his whereabouts, or have given him a consignment please let me
know. Right now the consignments he has could be over 7 figures.

Wow! I hope your not one that gave him coins on consignment! I have had similar things happen to me in the past from other dealers.

The store being emptied points to it ending anything but good.Sounds like he's done a runner.

That is the guy I was looking for but I found him a few weeks ago. I didn't consign him coins I bought I coin from him and was trying to pay him. That’s really strange. I found his cell phone number in case anyone needs it.

Yes i did reach him a few weeks back as i needed his address to send him a payment he seemed like a nice guy. I'm shocked he would have took off like the post said.

This guy is bad news and is being investigated by numismatic crimes .org

I'm not sure that there are links to a current investigation, but you can always call numismatic crimes and ask if you don't believe it.

He is into a lot of dealers for a lot of $$$$, shop is empty and closed and he won't call anyone back

I hope more people come forward on this one and provides lists.

one way of tracking this guy down is tracking down the coins.

find the coins and maybe you find him.
