Have you ripped a wax box deemed "resealed" and may not have been? Results?

Hello guys,
Lighteningboy raises a great question in his thread. I didn't want to hijack his thread but now his is heading in a different direction than what Im asking. Anyone here rip a wax box and found the packs may be legit?
I was told by the only person whose expertise I trust that its resealed. So Im ripping and getting rooks, 2nd year stars, stars that the majority are PSA 7/8s at minimum. The gum, wrappers, staining, collation etc. seem correct. The wrapper corners, seal, roller, etc seem right. Half way thru and don't see why a person would reseal and include these.
Ill most likely just finish ripping three figure packs (dollar wise). The only time Ive ever not been happy to see a centered sharp Ryan looking at me. But I'm definitely subbing 3 or 4 so far.
The box itself is kind of beat up which may influence some. But the packs look like a 6 or 7. Maybe its a "frankenbox"? We all make mistakes.
