PSA Ticketmaster Grading

Just got grades on my first ticket sub ever....
One came back N9 No Grade No Charge. I called and they said it was because it was a Ticketmaster ticket and they don't grade those.
Anyone have experience with this? Why not? Are there any other decent grading services out there? It's a signed ticket, so I thought I might send it to be PSA/DNA blue flipped, but I thought I'd ask the group about what the best plan B looks like.
