Heritage experts....Topps Heritage Buybacks question

I was wondering if any of you guys know about these 2009 Topps Heritage 1960 Buybacks with the 50th Anniversary stamped on it.
Was the whole set stamped? If so, how many of each card? I have one Cardinals player and was going to see if if was possible to get all of the Cardinals for my Cardinals team set collection. I have #124 Jim Donohue (Rookie Star).
Edited to say - I just now figured out that the buyback cards were in multiple years. It looks like they started in 2009. Any more info on these would be appreciated.
