I'd prefer it! It's so weird to have all sports finished at 9pm.

Stupid network started it a couple minutes early, so even with the recording set to start at 9:59, I still missed the beginning.

There's footage from a show in White Plains. I'll have to record it again another time.

Nice program. Nothing groundbreaking to those who have been collecting for a while, but well done, mixing old timers and current stars.

If you bring the ladies and the beer in your avatar, you can stop by whenever you like. Mostly interested in the beer, as it's more likely to be rational and predictable, and doesn't say no. In fact, it doesn't talk at all! image

I really enjoyed the special. IMO they did a good job, actually, they could have did an even longer special and I would have been happy. I would love to hang out with D. Young and peruse his cards, or go to the Hall of Fame, or the MET (did that guy really GLUE all those cards himself???)

Any idea why they would end with a shot of a Stan Musial card that doesn't even exist?

I agree, it left you begging for more. I have heard a lot of guys say that Dimitri was a nice guy, and it sure did seem like he was just a big kid! Thanks for making us aware of the show.

I was thinking about the same thing. Has anyone ever seen a Willie Mays and Hank Aaron signed 1956? I wonder if Mays would be opposed to signing it? Although he doesnt see too well anymore and for the price he charges, he really shouldnt be opposed to signing anything.
