Now now, it could be both; an old thread coming back to the top of the boards AND you are having flashbacks...

We've been lucky so far this year, no real storms. Of course that has all changed now, expecting several inches of ice with 12-20" of snow after that.

Just outside Baltimore and Jan. Sucked. Kids were off as much as they were in school. Had to rescue my wife, last Wednesday, who put our van in a median in Ellicott City, went back the next day, was shoveling out the back for tow truck to hook up. Went back to car and County Police officer and a firetruck pulled up behind us, officer came up to me and said someone called in a domestic dispute and reported we were hitting each other with snow shovels, only had one. I guess he did not belive it either since he did not even ask my wife, who was in the car. Glad its February.

Solid advice, I have not happened upon that lesson yet. I did learn one day that space rockets don't fit through doorways.

January was incredible this year. I think we may have had 6 inches of snow all month. Last January, we probably had 2 feet of snow. Today is supposed to be in the 50s. Im loving it.
