This is the first time I listed on Ebay using pictures from another site rather than just uploading them. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

when you do your desciption during the listing you need to add that one line of garbage to add a pic...something like <img src=http://mypicture.jpg>

that or you can add that pic to your description now by finding the link to "Add to my item's description" and insert the proper stuff.


they have made it sort of tricky for people NOT to use their picture services.

Dunno Al.

I hadn't sold anything for quite some time and then when I went to go and list some stuff I had a heck of a time trying to use MY webspace. I couldn't find the handy links with the HTML tips, etc. on ebay and eventually had to ask Russ on here.

I think they have tried to make it difficult for people with their own FREE webspace so that you will hopefully give in and pay their fees when you have multiple pics.
